Privacy Policy
This application, Cloudify3D, processes images you upload to generate 3D point cloud data for crystal engraving. We take your privacy seriously.
Data collected
- Uploaded images and processing results, stored for up to 90 days for registered users and 7 days for anonymous users.
- Email address and display name when you create an account.
- IP addresses for rate limiting (not permanently stored).
- Session cookies (technically necessary, no tracking).
Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data at any time. Use your Profile page to export or delete your data, or contact us at the address below.
Data deletion
Deleting your account removes all stored data immediately. Anonymous job data is purged automatically after 7 days.
